Easy variation for brownies...
Make your favorite basic brownie (if you want them extra gooey add in 1/2 cup chocolate syrup). I just use my "go-to" Betty Crocker brand Fudge Brownie mix.
Peanut-Butter Frosting:
1/2 stick softened butter or margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 TBSP milk
beat all ingredients together and frost on COOLED brownies.
Melt 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and pour over frosted layer. Allow to cool at least 30 minutes. (I talked about an easy way to melt chocolate chips here.)
