Right now those videos that show how something is made step-by-step in fast forward are super trendy. When I saw the Tip Hero video for a German Apple Pancake I jumped at making it, and it sure was tasty. Needs more sticky sweet syrup and apples to compete the the OPH dish, but a suitable substitute for at home, especially when served with apple cider syrup or buttermilk syrup.
