Chicken Piccata recipe serves 6 to 8.
It was served with a side of rice and grilled asparagus. From what I can tell the rice was like chicken Rice r Roni cooked with lemon juice. Fantastic.
*I picked the Capers off of mine.
** There was no parsley on ours, this is a pic I found online.
i made this today but with some changes (i have to change everything to suit what i actually have...)
ReplyDeletei added garlic and mushrooms
i used cayenne pepper instead of paprika (hey, they LOOK the same)
Vegetable broth instead of chicken broth
no lemon slices but extra lemon juice
no capers.
and i ate it with pasta.
and i didn't pound the chicken, just butterfly cut it.
and parmesan cheese on top!
it was good :)
